摘要 為探讨杜仲标准与杜仲产业发展的关系，通过国家及各省级地方标准平台检索截止日期为2020年5月31日的杜仲标准，进而分析标准类型、实施时间、主题及主体、地域分布和更新代替等方面。结果表明，杜仲国家、行业、地方和团体标准数量分别为2、11、21和4篇;杜仲的第1篇标准实施在1999年，2010和2019年是杜仲标准实施的2个峰值年份;杜仲三大主题标准数量相差不大，种苗培育为14篇，造林培育为17篇，杜仲产品为16篇;以杜仲皮、杜仲雄花、杜仲叶和杜仲果/籽/种仁为主体的标准数量（43篇），远超其他主体的标准数量（3篇）;陕西省地方标准数量最多（11篇），数量占比高达50%，与全国杜仲种植规模排序基本一致;杜仲标准的更新代替全部集中在林业行业标准，以标准“杜仲丰产林技术”（LY/T 1561—1999）的更新代替最显著和重要。目前，杜仲标准主题多集中在杜仲栽植培育和杜仲各部位初级产品，亟待增加高附加值的杜仲精深加工产品为主题的标准。

Analysis of Eucommia ulmoides Standards for E. ulmoides Industry Development

Abstract To explore the relationship between Eucommia ulmoides standards and E. ulmoides industry development， the national and provincial local standard platforms were used to search for E. ulmoides standards with a deadline of May 31， 2020， and then analyzed the standard types， implementation time， themes and subjects， regional distribution， update and replacement， etc. The results showed that the number of national， industrial， local and group standards of E. ulmoides were 2， 11， 21 and 4， respectively;the first E. ulmoides standard was implemented in the year 1999， and 2010 and 2019 were the two peak years for E. ulmoides standards implementation. The number of the three major theme standards of E. ulmoides were not significantly different， including 14 seedling cultivation standards， 17 afforestation cultivation standards and 16 E. ulmoides product standards. The standard number of bark， male flower， leaf and fruit/seed/kernel of E. ulmoides （43 articles） far exceeded the standard number of other subjects （3 articles）. Shaanxi Province had the largest number of local standards （11 articles）， accounting for up to 50% of the total， which was basically consistent with the national E. ulmoides planting scale. The update and replacement of E. ulmoides standards were all concentrated in the forestry industry standards， and the update and replacement of the standard ‘High-yielding plantation for Du-zhong （Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.） （LY/T 1561—1999） was the most significant and important. At present， E. ulmoides standards focused on the cultivation and the primary products of E. ulmoides， and it is urgent to increase the standard of E. ulmoides intensive processing products with high added value.

杜仲（Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.）为杜仲科（Eucommiaceae）杜仲属（Eucommia）植物，单属单种。它是在第四纪冰期来临后，在欧洲和其他地区相继消失、仅在中国中部存活至今的地质史上残留下来的孑遗植物，是“活化石”植物、也是国家二级保护野生植物。杜仲果、皮、叶等部位均含有丰富的天然橡胶，是我国独有的珍贵优质橡胶资源，是世界天然橡胶资源中唯一具有巨大开发前景的三叶橡胶替代资源。……
