胶体金免疫层析法与酶抑制率法快速检测果蔬中农药残留比较研究

摘要 运用胶体金免疫层析法与酶抑制率法快速检测蔬菜、水果中高风险农药残留,以腈菌唑、三唑磷、水胺硫磷、氟虫腈、百菌清5种农药为例。结果显示,胶体金免疫层析法重复性好,有较高的特异性和灵敏度,检出限可满足GB 2763—2019中规定的最大残留限量要求,无假阳性、假阴性现象,相对准确度较高。与现行有效的国家标准GB/T 5009.199—2003中酶抑制率法相比,胶体金试纸条具有操作简便、检测速度快、受检测环境温度影响较小等特点,适用于对蔬菜、水果中农药残留的现场筛查和检测。

Study on Comparation of Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography Assay and Enzyme Inhibition Method on the Rapid Detection of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables and Fruits

Abstract Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay and enzyme inhibition methods were used to rapidly detect high risk pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits. Five pesticides including myclobutanil, triazophos, isocarbophos, fipronil and chlorothalonil were taken as examples.The results showed that the colloidal gold immunochromatography assay had better repeatability, higher specificity and higher sensitivity, and the detection limit could meet the maximum residue limit specified in GB 2763 - 2019. Furthermore, neither false-positive and false-negative test results were obtained using this assay, also relative accuracy was higher. Compared with enzyme inhibition method according to the current national standard GB/T 5009.199 - 2003,the colloidal gold immunochromatography assay had the characteristics of simple operation, fast detection, and was less affected by ambient temperature, and was suitable for on-site screening and detection of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits.

农产品质量安全事关人民群众身体健康和生命安全,事关政府形象和社会稳定,事关农民增收和经济持续稳定发展[1-2]。由农药残留引起的食品安全问题越来越受到关注[3-7]。《中共中央国务院关于深化改革加强食品安全工作的意见》(中发〔2019〕17号)及国务院食品安全委员会贯彻落实《中共中央 国务院关于深化改革加强食品安全工作的意见》有关政策措施的分工方案中明确指出,到2020年,农产品和食品抽检量达到4批次/千人。……
