摘 要 目的：探讨肾衰宁胶囊联合高位结肠透析治疗2～3期慢性肾病的临床疗效。方法：选取2～3期慢性肾病患者110例，根据患者及其家属的意愿分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上予肾衰宁胶囊联合高位结肠透析治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗前后慢性肾病主要临床症状积分和BUN、Scr、UA、Ccr、Cys-C等肾功能指标变化情况。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组各临床症状积分、Cys-C、BUN、Scr水平均低于对照组，Ccr高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：肾衰宁胶囊联合高位结肠透析治疗2～3期慢性肾病可改善患者临床症状，改善其肾功能。

Clinical study on Shenshuaining capsule combined with high colon dialysis in the treatment of 2-3 stage chronic nephropathy*

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Shenshuaining capsule combined with high colonic dialysis in the treatment of stage 2-3 chronic kidney disease. Methods： One hundred and ten patients with stage 2-3 chronic kidney disease were divided into two groups according to their wishes. The control group was given routine treatment， and the observation group was given Shenshuaining capsule combined with high colonic dialysis. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. The main clinical sign and symptom scores and the renal function indexes such as BUN， Scr， UA， Ccr and Cys-C were measured before and after treatment. Results： Overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of clinical sign and symptom integral， Cys-C， BUN and Scr were lower and the levels of Ccr were higher in the observation group than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Shenshuaining capsule combined with high colonic dialysis can improve clinical signs and symptoms and renal function in patients with stage 2-3 chronic kidney disease.

慢性腎病是内科临床中较为常见的疾病，目前对于该病尚无阻断病程或逆转病程的临床疗法与特效药物，其治疗主要是延缓病情进展、提高患者生活质量。中医药在治疗慢性肾病方面有其独特优势。本文对我科应用肾衰宁胶囊联合高位结肠透析治疗2～3期慢性肾病患者的疗效进行研究，现总结如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

选取2019年1—12月我院收治的2～3期慢性肾病患者110例，根据患者及其家属的意愿分为对照组和观察组。对照组（n=55）：男28例，女27例；年龄55～86岁，平均（56.87±3.69）岁；病程2～17年，平均病程（9.86±0.54）年；其中糖尿病肾病17例，慢性肾小球肾炎13例，马兜铃酸肾病7例，高血压肾病5例，狼疮性肾炎5例，多囊肾肾炎4例，慢性间质性肾炎2例，原发病不详2例。观察组（n=55）：男28例，女27例；年龄55～87岁，平均（57.69±3.73）岁；病程1～18年，平均病程（10.07±0.39）年；其中糖尿病肾病15例，慢性肾小球肾炎13例，马兜铃酸肾病7例，高血压肾病6例，狼疮性肾炎4例，多囊肾肾炎4例，慢性间质性肾炎4例，原发病不详2例。……
