摘 要 目的：通過对社区卫生服务中心临床药师进行药学服务现状调查，为提升社区临床药师的药学服务质量提供参考。方法：于2019年7月选取上海市黄浦区7家社区卫生服务中心的8名临床药师作为调查对象，分别对其进行问卷调查和个别访谈。采用现场发放调查问卷的方式，发放8份问卷，回收8份，问卷有效回收率为100.0%，采用定性研究中的个别访谈法对8名药师进行面对面访谈。结果：总是与医师配合良好的临床药师占25.0%，对自身工作非常满意和比较满意的临床药师占87.5%。8名临床药师均表示自己的工作对提升社区卫生服务质量有帮助，1名临床药师认为在门诊开设临床药师服务可以有效解答患者的用药问题，2名临床药师表示最大的困难来源于临床医师对药师工作的不认可。结论：建议为临床药师提供更多实践技能的场所，了解社区居民最主要的药学服务需求并开展调查研究。社区临床药师除掌握现代药学理论外，应更多地参与临床实践，借鉴医师提出的经验性用药方案。在用药指导过程中，应使用通俗易懂的语言耐心地为患者及其家属讲解用药知识，积累临床实践经验。

Investigation of current status of pharmaceutical service of clinical pharmacists in the community health service centers of Huangpu District， Shanghai

ABSTRACT Objective： Through the investigation of the current status of pharmaceutical services of clinical pharmacists in the community health service centers， to provide reference for improving the quality of pharmaceutical services of community clinical pharmacists. Methods： In July 2019， 8 clinical pharmacists from 7 community health service centers in Huangpu District of Shanghai were selected as the subjects of the survey， who were questionnaired and interviewed separately. By way of on-site questionnaires， 8 questionnaires were distributed， 8 questionnaires were recycled， the effective recovery rate of questionnaires was 100.0%， and eight pharmacists were interviewed face-to-face using the individual interview method in the qualitative research. Results： Clinical pharmacists who always worked well with physicians accounted for 25.0%， and 87.5% of clinical pharmacists were very satisfied and relatively satisfied with their work. Eight clinical pharmacists said their work was helpful in improving the quality of the community health services， one clinical pharmacist believed that opening a clinical pharmacist service in an outpatient clinic could effectively answer patients medication problems， and two clinical pharmacists said the greatest difficulty stemmed from the clinicians non-recognition of the pharmacists work. Conclusion： It is suggested to provide more places for clinical pharmacists to learn more practical skills， understand the most important pharmaceutical service needs of community residents and carry out investigation and research； community clinical pharmacists should， in addition to mastering modern pharmacy theory， be more involved in clinical practice and learn from the empirical drug treatment programs put forward by physicians； and in the process of medication guidance， easy-to-understand language should be used to patiently explain medication knowledge to patients and their families， and accumulate clinical practice experience.
