【摘要】目的：讨论研究瓦房店市020年期间布鲁氏菌病疑似患者血清学结果，为相应的预防控制工作提供一定保障。方法：选择2020年辖区内152例布鲁氏菌病疑似患者，运用血清学抗体检测方式开展相关检测工作，分析每年检出阳性患者中的男性与女性数量、患者年龄、职业等情况。结果：2020年中心一共收到152例布鲁氏菌病疑似患者血清样本，检测出90例阳性，阳性检出率为60.52%，其中男性检出率明显高于女性（P<0.05）、40-50岁人群的感染率明显超过其他年龄段人群（P<0.05）、羊只饲养人员检出率明显超过其他职业（P<0，05）。结论：男性群体更易受到布鲁氏菌病感染致病，40-50岁年龄段人群的感染率与其他年龄段人群相比较更高，羊只饲养人员感染率与普通人相比较更高，需要针对高发人群加强相关检测，做好相关预防工作。

[Abstract] Objective： to discuss and study the serological results of suspected brucellosis patients in Wafangdian City from 2016 to 2020， analyze the development trend of brucellosis in Wafangdian City， and provide some guarantee for the corresponding prevention and control. Methods： 152 suspected brucellosis patients were selected from January 2016 to january2020. The related tests were carried out by serological antibody detection. The number of male and female patients， age and occupation of patients were analyzed. Results： from 2016 to 2020， 152 suspected brucellosis patients were collected in the hospital. 90 cases were positive， and the positive rate was 60.52%， among which the male detection rate was significantly higher than that of women （P < 0.05）， the infection rate of 40-50 years old group was significantly higher than that of other age groups （P < 0.05）， and that of sheep breeders was significantly higher than that of other occupations （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： male population is more susceptible to brucellosis infection. The infection rate of 40-50 age group is higher than that of other age groups， and that of sheep breeders is higher than that of ordinary people. It is necessary to strengthen relevant detection for high incidence population， do well in prevention， strengthen publicity and education of related diseases and improve citizens' awareness of prevention.

布魯氏菌病属于临床传染病之一，又被叫做布氏杆菌病，主要是因为布鲁氏菌导致的动物源传染病，人类主要是通过接触感染动物的排泄物、食用感染动物制品而感染患病[1]。布鲁氏菌病患者经常会有无力低热情况、失眠表现、食欲症情况、上呼吸道感染情况、多汗表现、关节炎情况、睾丸炎情况、头痛表现等，大大降低患者的生活质量水平，给患者的生命健康带来不良影响[2-3]。为此，文中对瓦房店市2020年布鲁氏菌病疑似患者血清学检测结果进行了简要分析，希望可以为布鲁氏菌病的预防研究提供一点建议。
