摘 要：三河口水利枢纽是高碾压混凝土拱坝，大坝建设规模居国内已建同类坝型前茅，面临众多建设管控难题和提质增效建设管理要求。基于BIM技术建设“10+1”（10个子系统，1个平台）施工期监控管理智能化平台，将现代信息技术与水利工程建设深度融合，剖析“10+1”平台监控管理智能化业务流程实施路线。围绕智能温控、碾压质量，施工质量、进度仿真、变形监测、灌浆质量、加浆振捣、人员车辆定位、视频监控、反演分析，提出了施工期监控管理智能化平台的实施路线、难点。

Abstract：Sanhekou RCC arch dam is one of the few high RCC arch dams in China. The construction scale of the dam is in the forefront of similar dam types that have been built in China. It has faced many issues of construction， management and control and construction management requirements to improve the quality and efficiency. Based on the "10+1" （1 platform and 10 subsystems） intelligent platform for monitoring and management during the construction period built by BIM technology， this paper deeply integrated modern information technology with water conservancy project construction and the "10+1" platform monitoring and management implementation route of intelligent business processes were analyzed. Focusing on intelligent temperature control， rolling quality， construction quality， progress simulation， deformation monitoring， grouting quality， grouting and vibration， positioning of personnel and vehicles， video monitoring subsystem and back analysis， the implementation route， difficulty analysis， application effect and improvement thinking of intelligent platform for monitoring and management during construction period were summarized and explained.

随着信息技术的发展，物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术不断革新，智能化、现代化的智慧水利工程建设成为必然[1]。BIM技术作为一种能够整合工程三维模型及工程全生命周期内信息数据，并可实现参建各方相互协作的智能化管理技术，是智慧水利工程建设和管理的重要支撑[2-3]。1975年美国查克伊斯曼最早提出了BIM的概念。2005—2008年，美国、英国等掀起了BIM研究及应用的热潮。我国BIM技术应用起步较晚，但发展迅速。2003年我国引入了BIM技术，并应用于建筑行业，在国家游泳中心、广州珠江城大厦、上海中心大厦等工程的设计施工阶段取得了良好效果[4]。之后BIM技术逐渐拓展到了水利行业，2017年水利水电BIM设计联盟组织编制并发布了《水利水电BIM标准体系》[5]。现阶段，BIM技术在水利水电工程的设计、施工、管理等各个阶段逐渐得到应用[6-7]。
