[摘要]关注手部卫生及手部健康问题是预防疾病、控制感染的重要环节，特别是新型冠状病毒流行期间，手部健康尤为重要。手部基础护理包括加强防护，减少刺激，使用润肤剂。而针对皮肤疾病，如刺激性接触性皮炎以外用疗法为主，手部湿疹、汗疱疹及掌跖脓疱病可采用内服外用等多种疗法。本文旨在探讨手部皮肤的常见问题及相应处理措施，为手部皮肤的护理和常见疾病治疗提供思路。

Characteristics of Hand Skin and Countermeasures to Related Problems

Abstract： Pay attention to hand hygiene and hand health problems are important links to prevent diseases and control infection， especially during the epidemic period of COVID-19， hand health is particularly important.Basic hand care includes enhanced protection， reduced irritation， and the use of emollients. And for skin diseases， such as irritant contact dermatitis， external therapy is mainly used， hand eczema，pompholyx（dyshidrotic eczema） and palmoplantar pustulosis can be used for internal and external  treatments. The purpose of this paper is to explore the common problems of hand skin and the corresponding treatment measures， so as to provide ideas for the care of hand skin and the treatment of common diseases.

手部皮膚在外界暴露时间长，刺激物接触几率大，较其他部位更易受病毒微生物等侵害，生活工作上又对手部护理重视程度不高，易在医疗人员、工人等群体形成健康隐患。然而国内外鲜少有针对手部皮肤生理、病理特点专门研究的文献，以及对手部疾病及护理内容的论述。本文旨在研究手部皮肤的基本特征，并对具体护肤方案展开综述。

1  手部皮肤的生理特点

与其他部位相比，手部皮肤结构及功能大体相同，其不同主要体现在手掌的差异。一则掌跖部皮肤无毛发;二则掌跖部皮肤明显厚于手足背部皮肤，其屏障吸收功能最差;三则皮脂腺在掌跖面缺如[1-2]。

Vela-Romera等[2]发现掌跖部皮肤表皮层的细胞数量和大小均大于非掌跖部。非掌跖部皮肤中黑素细胞和朗格汉斯细胞含量较高，而掌跖部皮肤中默克尔细胞、胶原含量较高。……
