[摘要]目的：探討四妙汤联合痤疮净粉面膜治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年1月-2016年1月笔者医院就诊的142例痤疮患者进行研究，按随机法分为观察组（n=72）和对照组（n=70），对照组使用西药+四妙汤治疗，观察组使用四妙汤联合痤疮净粉面膜治疗，比较两组治疗后临床疗效。结果：两组治疗前皮损程度、中医证候评分无显著性差异（P>0.05），治疗后两组皮损程度、中医证候评分均明显降低，且观察组明显低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组和对照组总有效率分别为98.61%、80.00%，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组和对照组3个月后复发率分别为12.5%、34.29%，观察组复发率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;由多因素分析得出，睡眠质量、饮食习惯、洁面护肤与患者痤疮复发有关，并且睡眠质量越好、饮食习惯越健康、经常使用洁面护肤的患者，复发几率越低（P<0.05）;两组治疗前各项生活质量评分无显著性差异（P>0.05），治疗后两组各项生活质量评分明显上升，且观察组明显高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：四妙汤联合痤疮净粉面膜治疗面部寻常痤疮，能减轻患者皮损程度，改善中医证候，其临床疗效较高，治疗后复发率低，能明显改善患者生活质量水平，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Simiao Decoction Combined with Acne Powder Mask in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Simiao Decoction combined with acne powder mask in the treatment of acne， so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease. Methods 142 patients with acne who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into observation group （n=72） and control group （n=70）. The control group was treated with western medicine plus Simiao Decoction，while the observation group was treated with Simiao decoction combined with acne powder mask. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results There was little difference in the degree of skin lesion and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment， the degree of skin lesion and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly reduced， and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P<0.05）.The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.61% and 80.00%， respectively. The total effective rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）.The recurrence rates of the observation group and the control group were 12.5% and 34.29% respectively after 3 months. The recurrence rates of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）.According to multi factor analysis，sleep quality，eating habits and skin care are related to acne recurrence， and the better sleep quality， eating habits and regular use of skin care， the lower the recurrence rate （P<0.05）.The difference of quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment was small （P>0.05）. After treatment， the quality of life scores of the two groups increased significantly， and that of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）.  Conclusion  Simiao Decoction combined with acne powder mask can reduce the degree of skin lesions and improve TCM syndromes. The clinical efficacy is obviously higher and the recurrence rate after treatment is low. It can significantly improve the quality of life of patients， and is worthy of popularization and application.

寻常痤疮是皮脂腺慢性炎症性皮肤疾病，其在青年男女群体中的发病率较高[1]。常发在后背、面部、前胸和颈部等皮脂腺丰富的部位，主要表现为丘疹、粉刺、脓疱等，严重的还会形成瘢痕，对患者身体健康和生活质量都有很大影响[2]。近年来，生活环境不断变化，生活、工作压力不断增加，人们饮食习惯逐渐转变，其发病率也随之上升[3]。治疗痤疮的方法较多，如：抗生素、物理治疗、激光治疗等，有学者认为，痤疮的发病机制较为复杂，需要针对病因进行治疗。临床对痤疮的发生机制还尚未明确[4]。近年来，中药治疗痤疮的疗效研究较多，如：四妙汤、痤疮净粉面膜等，有研究认为，中药疗效明确、价格便宜，在临床受到较多认可[5-6]。近年来，笔者科室分别采用西医+四妙汤和四妙汤联合痤疮净粉面膜治疗142例寻常痤疮患者，并对比治疗后的效果，现将结果报道如下。
