摘要：随着火灾事故的不断发生，为我国经济社会的发展带来了不利的影响，人们对于消防工作的认识也在逐步的提高。在这种情况下，提升消防灭火救援工作的质量成为了消防工作的重点，其中如何保证救援现场后勤保障是其中比较重要的一项内容。本文探讨了消防灭火应急救援现场后勤保障工作的特点，分析了消防灭火应急救援现场后勤保障工作的缺陷，提出了提高消防部队灭火应急救援现场后勤保障的措施，以供参考。

Abstract： With the continuous occurrence of fire accidents， it has brought adverse effects on China's economic and social development. People's understanding of fire protection is also gradually improving. In this case， improving the quality of fire fighting and rescue work has become the focus of fire fighting work， in which how to ensure the logistics support of the rescue site is an important content. In this paper， it discusses the characteristics of the on-site logistics support of fire fighting and emergency rescue， analyzes the defects of the on-site logistics support of fire fighting and emergency rescue， and measures to improve the on-site logistics support of fire fighting and emergency rescue have been put forward， for reference.

1 消防灭火应急救援现场后勤保障工作的特点

1.1 不确定性

无论是哪种工作，后勤保障都是非常重要的，同时也是比较复杂的，尤其是消防灭火救援现场的后勤保障工作，由于其现场环境的复杂性和不确定性，所以导致其工作特点之一就是不确定性很高。消防灭火工作通常突发性比较高，所以后勤保障工作所面对的问题也相对比较复杂，比如，从消防部门接到火灾通知直到火灾事故得到控制，在这个过程中只要有一项内容出现问题，就可能直接对救援工作带来不利的影响。所以，消防灭火应急救援现场后勤保障工作一定要特别关注其中的不确定性因素，做好充足的准备，只有这样才能最大程度减少火灾事故带来的危害。

1.2 及時性

火灾事故一旦发生，如果不能及时得到控制，那么其带来的危害将是难以预估的，同时由于火灾救援现场的情况瞬息万变，所以必须要确保后勤保障各项物资及时的供应。……
