【摘  要】小学是学生接受系统教学的初级阶段，小学教师不仅要在这一关键时期帮助学生掌握各学科的专业知识和技能，还要帮助学生形成正确的人生观、价值观，丰富学生的核心素养，帮助学生更好地应对未来更为繁重的学业压力。教师要重视中等生和学困生，尤其是在五年级这个关键时期，教师应该着重将中等生的成绩提高，让学困生有大幅度的进步。

【Abstract】Elementary school is the primary stage for students to receive systematic teaching. Primary school teachers not only help students master professional knowledge and skills in various disciplines during this critical period， but also help students form a correct outlook on life and values， enrich their core literacy， and help students Better deal with the more onerous academic pressure in the future. Teachers should pay attention to medium  students and students with learning difficulties， especially in the critical period of the fifth grade， teachers should focus on improving the performance of medium students， so that students with learning difficulties can make substantial progress.

一、中等生和學困生在学习上普遍存在的问题

（一）学习兴趣不足

客观地讲，小学生由于心智发育还不够成熟，在学习上不能通过严格的自律长时间地投入学习中。小学生注意力容易分散，容易受外界环境因素影响。要想让小学生长时间地集中注意力学习，就要调动他们的学习兴趣。而中等生和学困生学习成绩难以提高的重要原因，正在于他们的学习兴趣没有得到最大限度的激发。很多教师在教学的过程中还在沿用传统的教学模式，使用刻板的教学方法，这使本就难以集中注意力的小学生更难被数学课堂吸引，也就难通过认真学习提高成绩。而且，这两类学生对于数学学习兴趣的不足还体现在对习题的抵触上，教师在教学过程中，并没有积极利用新课标推行的各种教学方法，不能结合教材内容为学生营造良好的学习氛围，而一味地用习题对学生课堂学习的知识进行巩固，这不仅严重打击了学生对于数学的兴趣，还有可能造成他们产生厌学心理，影响其他学科的学习。……
