摘 要：当城市轨道列车在运行过程中发生故障时，需要科学组织救援，以提高救援的效率，减少人员伤亡以及财产损失，并减低对其他列车运行的影响，因此要加强对轨道列车故障救援的研究，优化救援组织，提高救援规程制定的合理性以及相关人员救援操作规程，并合理配置相关的救援设备，保证信息流传的畅通性和及时性。同时要加强故障预测，降低故障发生的几率，从而更好的确保城市轨道列车的运行安全。

Abstract：When an urban rail train fails during operation， it is necessary to organize rescue scientifically to improve the efficiency of rescue， reduce casualties and property losses， and reduce the impact on the operation of other trains. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the rescue of rail trains， and study and optimize rescue organization， improve the rationality of rescue procedures and rescue operation procedures for relevant personnel， and rationally configure relevant rescue equipment to ensure the smoothness and timeliness of information flow. At the same time， it is necessary to strengthen failure prediction and reduce the probability of failure， to better ensure the safety of urban rail trains.

对运行过程中发生故障的城市轨道列车组织救援是减少人员伤亡以及财产损失，有效控制故障影响范围的重要措施。因此应充分了解城市轨道列车各项技术指标，并根据轨道交通特点深入研究救援组织方案，同时要加强对实践经验的总结，从而救援规程制定、救援以及相关人员的组织以及救援设备的组织配置等方面入手不断对城市轨道列车故障救援组织进行优化，提高救援组织的科学性和合理性，以便及时有效的开展救援工作，减少对城市轨道交通整体运营的影响，为司乘人员的生命財产安全提供更加可靠的保障，全面提升城市轨道交通故障救援的水平和能力。

1 优化城市轨道列车故障救援组织规程

为了保证轨道列车在发生故障后能够得到及时有效的救援，就必须对救援规程组织进行优化，使救援流程更加科学合理，且在故障发生后工作人员能够根据救援规程要求准确执行相关的救援以及操作任务，从而提高城市轨道交通列车救援组织的有序性[1]。……
