摘 要：纯电动汽车作为市场上最普遍的新能源汽车，厂家大量生产，深受消费者的喜爱，要推动纯电动汽车的持续发展，必须要提高纯电动汽车的售后维修服务质量。维修人员要掌握纯电动汽车好的结构原理、检测维修技术，从而提升售后服务质量。本文从纯电动汽车故障诊断案例入手，分析纯电动汽车的维修检测方法，以供纯电动汽车维修人员参考。

Static Detection and Analysis of Pure Electric Vehicle Driving Motor

Abstract：With the rapid development of modern society and economy， people's living standards and pursuit of life are getting higher and higher. In addition， with the gradual strengthening of energy-saving and environmental protection concepts， new energy vehicles have been favored by more and more people， which has also promoted the rapid development of new energy vehicles in China. As the most common new energy vehicles in the market， pure electric vehicles are widely produced by manufacturers and deeply loved by consumers. To promote the sustainable development of pure electric vehicles， it is necessary to improve the after-sales maintenance service quality of pure electric vehicles， and it is necessary for the maintenance personnel to master the good structure of pure electric vehicles， testing and maintenance technology， to improve the quality of after-sales service. This paper starts with the static test of the driving motor of pure electric vehicle， and analyzes the maintenance test method of pure electric vehicle， to provide reference for the maintenance personnel of pure electric vehicle.

1 引言

随着现代社会经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平和生活追求也越来越高，在国家大力推广新能源汽车的政策下，使得我国新能源汽车保有量迅速增长，特别是新能源汽车中的纯电动汽车，发展更是迅猛。但人们对纯电动汽车的了解还是不足，纯电动汽车售后维修服务人员服务跟不上，影响纯电动汽车的推广。为了确保纯电动汽车能够获得更好的发展，车辆故障诊断能力最能体现专业维修人员技术水平。本文重点分析纯电动汽车的故障诊断案例，希望售后维修人员更好的掌握纯电动汽车的维修知识，提高纯电动汽车的售后服务。

2 车辆预检

在4S店，每当用户进修理厂进行车辆维修时，作为维修技师，我们需要仔细询问客户故障发生的时间、地点、频次、故障的现象表征以及严重程度等信息。可如果是生产线上刚下线待检的车辆，只能依靠大家对车辆的了解程度与经验，仔细进行全面检查了。对于新能源汽车，应该着重检查前舱各线束连接情况，检查冷却液液位、蓄电池静态电压等。……
