摘 要：汽车油路系统中，油箱是汽油的存储容器，对汽车动力的输出起到了至关重要的作用。油箱主要由油箱壳体、汽油泵、油管等零部件组成，它既是功能件，又是安全件，需要满足国家汽车零部件强制性认证要求。特别是在汽车安全性方面，要求非常严格，不允许有汽油泄露问题发生。中国各大整车厂对汽车油路系统的控制也特别关注，汽车销售市场上很少发生汽油泄露的重大事故，但也会有零星车辆发生漏油问题，导致汽车召回。

Analysis of an Automobile Oil Leakage Problem and Improvement Technology Research

Abstract：In the automobile oil circuit system， the fuel tank is the storage container of gasoline， which plays a vital role in the output of automobile power. The fuel tank is mainly composed of fuel tank shell， gasoline pump， fuel pipe and other parts. It is not only a functional part but also a safety part， which needs to meet the national mandatory certification requirements for auto parts. Especially in terms of vehicle safety， the requirements are extremely strict， and gasoline leakage is not allowed. Major automakers in China also pay special attention to the control of automobile oil system. Major gasoline leakage accidents rarely occur in the automobile sales market， but there may also be sporadic oil leakage problems in vehicles， leading to automobile recalls.

1 引言

在各個整车厂生产汽车过程中，由于汽车产量不断提升，特别是如果某一汽车车型在销售市场上需求突增，有时可能由于疏忽对油路系统零部件的控制等问题，零件出现质量问题，从而导致汽车漏油。本文所研究的就是奔驰公司生产的P5车型，在量产阶段，汽车油路系统出现漏油问题，通过实验分析，最后得出零部件供应商在生产组装汽车油箱管路过程中，生产装配工艺出现问题。最后通过优化生产工艺，最终解决了汽车漏油问题。

2 汽车漏油现象及原因分析

奔驰P5汽车车型在道路试验后，检查汽车各系统过程中，发现一辆汽车的油管完全从油箱接口处脱出，这种现象是非常不正常的。而且这也是比较严重的问题，涉及汽车安全。需要尽快展开调查研究，找到发生问题的根本原因，彻底解决此问题。由于发现问题车辆时，只有试验人员在现场，描述的情况是油管与油箱脱离。……
