摘 要：近年来，随着社会经济的不断发展进步，汽车显然已经成为我们日常生活中不可或缺的交通工具，承担着代步以及运输的重要使命。随着汽车的不断增多，交通安全事故发生的概率也在不断上升。为了有效防止企业在运行中发生底盘故障导致交通安全事故的发生，本文主要对汽车底盘故障的影响因素进行分析，在此基础上提出针对汽车底盘故障的维修技术要点以及日常保养维护。期待能够最大限度的提高汽车在行驶中的安全性能，为驾驶人的生命以及道路的安全行驶提供保障。

On the Failure Factors of Automobile Chassis and the Main Points of Maintenance

Abstract：In recent years， with the continuous development and progress of social economy， automobiles have obviously become an indispensable means of transportation in our daily lives， and they assume the important mission of transportation. With the increasing number of cars， the probability of traffic accidents is also rising. To effectively prevent the occurrence of traffic safety accidents caused by chassis failures in the operation of enterprises， this article mainly analyzes the influencing factors of automobile chassis failures， and on this basis， the article proposes the maintenance technical points and daily maintenance for automobile chassis failures. It is expected that the safety performance of the car in driving can be maximized， and the life of the driver and the safe driving of the road can be guaranteed.

1 引言

隨着我国经济建设的不断发展，人民的生活水平也有了质的飞跃，私家车也已经成为很多人生活中的必需品。在这样的发展形势下，汽车发生损坏导致安全事故发生的概率也在逐年上升。汽车的底盘故障是汽车故障的表现形式之一，底盘故障在汽车使用过程中通常表现在温度、气味、声响以及性能等方面的变化上。针对汽车底盘的故障在检修和维护通常会因为零部件比较多，检修的难度也会相应增加，因此对检修的技术以及人员的专业水平也都提出了较高的要求。

2 导致汽车底盘故障中常见的因素分析

我们常见的汽车底盘都是由镀锌类的钢板材料制成的，汽车底盘因为与地面比较接近，因此在正常行驶中容易受到地面环境的影响。汽车在行驶过程中容易有一些腐蚀性物质吸附在底盘上，长此以来会造成底盘的损坏[1]。……
