摘 要：在科学技术高速发展的背景下，机器人技术迎来了突破式发展，在工业领域中的应用逐渐广泛。本文以工业机器人在汽车玻璃行业中的应用为题，通过结合实例的方式，对汽车玻璃生产流程和工业机器人在其中的运用进行研究，希望为相关行业提供借鉴。

Research on the Application of Industrial Robots in the Automotive Glass Industry

Abstract：In the context of the rapid development of science and technology， robotics has ushered in a breakthrough development， and its application in the industrial field is gradually widespread. This article takes the application of industrial robots in the automotive glass industry as the topic， and studies the automotive glass production process and the application of industrial robots in it by combining examples， hoping to provide reference for related industries.

1 引言

在工業机器人尚未应用之前，汽车玻璃行业属于劳动密集型产业，需要大量的人工操作，但这种生产加工方式，很难确保玻璃的生产质量，再加上操作空间有限，导致胶体被大量浪费，脱胶也不够充分，汽车玻璃生产成本随之增加。此外，长期进行脱胶作业和高空作业还会威胁人员安全。而应用工业机器人改造生产方式，则有助于上述问题的解决，因此，对此项课题进行研究，其意义十分重大。

2 工业机器人在玻璃加工中的应用

在玻璃加工中应用工业机器人，首先需要分析机器人的应用情况，并建立机器人控制体系，在正式应用前，需要通过试验的方式，对机器人功能进行调试，确保机器人在汽车玻璃加工中发挥应有的作用。其次，还要基于汽车玻璃生产情况，总结工业机器人的应用方法，通过搬运检验体系的建立，分析机器人搬运玻璃的安全程度，同时在试验平台中运行玻璃搬运方法，评价机器人代替人工作业的效果。再次，还要在更加细致的工作环境中应用工业机器人，让机器人参与到上料作业。在利用实验平台检验工业机器人运用效果时，应做好参数的设置，通过这种方式总结实验经验，为机器人使用方法的调整，创造有利的条件。……
