摘 要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》从国家层面构建了职业教育标准，启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度，即“1+X”证书制度。基于1+X证书制度探索汽车检测与维修技术专业的师资队伍建设十分必要。本文从1+X证书制度视角看高职汽修专业师资队伍现状，分析高职汽修专业师资队伍建设举措，希望有助于师资队伍建设。

Analysis on the Construction of the Teaching Staff of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology based on 1+X Certificate System

Abstract：The “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan” establishes vocational education standards at the national level， and launches the “diploma certificate + several vocational skill level certificates” system， that is， the “1+X” certificate system. Based on the 1+X certificate system， it is necessary to explore the construction of a faculty of automobile inspection and maintenance technology. This article looks at the status quo of the faculty of higher vocational auto repair professionals from the perspective of the 1+X certificate system， and analyzes the measures for the construction of the professional faculty of higher vocational auto repair， hoping to contribute to the construction of the teaching team.

2019年1月24日國务院印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》（以下简称《方案》），从国家层面构建了职业教育标准，启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度，即“1+X”证书制度。从2019年起各个职业全面启动“1+X”证书制度，这是职业院校落实《方案》的举措，同时，也成为倒逼职业院校进行专业改革的切入点。《汽车运用与维修（含智能新能源汽车）成为首批试点专业，作为对接中职此专业的高职汽车检测与维修技术专业（以下简称汽修专业），基于“1+X”证书制度做好专业建设，专业建设中师资队伍建设是一个重要保障。提升专业教师的业务水平，包括知识储备、实践经验、信息化教学能力等，值得所有汽检专业教师认真思考和研究。笔者结合自身所在的江阴职业技术学院机电工程系的汽修专业，谈谈基于“1+X”证书制度的师资队伍建设问题。

1 高职汽修专业师资队伍现状
