摘 要：新能源汽车的出现，既体现了社会的可持续发展理念，又体现了汽车领域对技术的突破与创新，使新型出行方式逐渐在生活中被渗透。然而，与新能源汽车的销路大增不相匹配的是，该类型汽车的配套服务还非常滞后，尤其是涉及到技术维修的配套服务。可喜的是，已有众多职业院校看到了这一领域的职业需求，并开设起与之对应的技术专业，着力于向社会输送相关人才。这在很大限度上推动了新兴领域的发展，却也因该类专业的教育发展不成熟而存在诸多桎梏。这样的背景下，技能竞赛逐渐被人们重视起来，成为被探索的新的促进职业教育改革的途径。

Research on New Energy Vehicle Technical Service Skills Competition and Vocational Education Reform

Abstract：The emergence of new energy vehicles not only embodies the concept of sustainable development of society， but also embodies the technological breakthroughs and innovations in the automobile field， and new modes of travel are gradually permeated in life. However， what does not match the huge increase in the sales of new energy vehicles is that the supporting services of this type of vehicles are still very lagging， especially those related to technical maintenance. Fortunately， many vocational colleges have seen the vocational needs in this field， and have opened corresponding technical majors， focusing on delivering relevant talents to the society， which has greatly promoted the development of emerging fields. But there are also many shackles due to the immature development of education in this category. Under such a background， skill competition has gradually been paid attention to， and it has become a new way to promote the reform of vocational education.

伴隨着职业教育改革进程的加快，以职业大赛形式为引导的促进技术专业教改的手段也被逐渐大范围使用，且受到国家主体的提倡[1]。以维修技能为竞赛内容的汽车类职业比赛能够帮助相关专业的学生创造实践机会，乃至人生的职场机遇，受到了各职业院校及其学生的大力支持，并能够热情参与。可以说，该类职业竞赛已成为促成职业教改的关键途径，也将逐渐成为技能专业教学的有力补充。相关竞赛中，新能源汽车也在被划入考评内容，但作为“年轻”的汽车类型，其相关专业的课程、师资等建设都与实际需求有较大落差。基于对新能源汽车相关竞赛与相关专业教改进程的相互作用的认识，本文从这两方面的现实情况与问题入手分析，着重研究如何以该类技能竞赛助力其职业教育改革。……
