摘 要：汽车运用与维修专业内对于学生实践能力的要求较高，为了能够更好的完成教学任务，充分锻炼学生实践技能，教学中可以将1+X证书制度作为参照，为教学工作的有序开展提供参考方向。因此，本文首先针对1+X证书制度在汽车运用与维修专业教学中的影响展开探析，其次对1+X证书制度影响下的汽车运用与维修专业的教学策略进行探析，包括要引入职业标准，创新考核评价，整合教学资源，开发实训教材，搭建实训基地，锻炼实践能力等，希望能够全面加强教学质量，提升学生实践水平与综合能力。

Analysis of the Influence of 1+X Certificate System on the Teaching of Automobile Application and Maintenance

Abstract：The automobile application and maintenance profession have higher requirements for students' practical ability. To better complete the teaching tasks and fully exercise the students' practical skills， the 1+X certificate system can be used as a reference in teaching for orderly teaching work， carrying out and providing reference directions. Therefore， this article first analyzes the influence of the 1+X certificate system in the teaching of automobile operation and maintenance， and then analyzes the teaching strategies of the automobile operation and maintenance profession under the influence of the 1+X certificate system， including the introduction of professional standards， innovative assessment and evaluation， integration of teaching resources， development of training materials， construction of training bases， exercise practical ability， etc.， hoping to comprehensively strengthen the quality of teaching and improve students' practical level and comprehensive ability.

1 引言

據《2019-2022年中国汽车产业人才市场深度调研及未来发展趋势研究报告》的调查显示，截止到2018年年底，我国汽车产业内的人才缺口将近200万人，呈现出逐年增长的趋势，在汽车市场快速膨胀的影响下，汽车产业内的人才供应出现明显不足，而这也更加凸显出汽车相关专业教学工作的紧迫性。为了能够让汽车专业学生更快的适应工作岗位，教学工作中应当更加注重对学生实践能力的培养与锻炼，而1+X证书制度在教学中的应用则有助于这一目标的实现，对复合型汽车专业人才的培养具有积极的影响。汽车运用与维修专业同样受到1+X证书制度的影响，因此也就需要对1+X证书制度影响下的汽车运用与维修专业教学情况展开更加深入的探索，优化教学成果。
