西部（重庆）科学城建“生命芯谷”"Life Chip Valley" to be constructed in Western (Chongqing) Science City

1月9日，中国医疗器械产业创新发展高峰会暨西部（重庆）科学城大健康产业规划发布、重点项目集中签约活动举行。重庆高新区发布西部（重庆）科学城核心区大健康产业规划、空间规划及产业政策。未来5至10年，西部（重庆）科学城核心区将着力打造承载大健康产业发展的“生命芯谷”。On January 9, the China Medical Instrument Industry Innovation and Development Summit and the Western (Chongqing) Science City Big Health Industry Planning Release and key projects centralized signing event was held. Chongqing High Tech Zone released the big health industrial planning, spatial planning and industrial policy of the core area of Western (Chongqing) Science City. In the next 5 to 10 years, the core area of Western (Chongqing) Science City will strive to build a "Life Chip Valley" carrying the development of big health industry.

万州综合保税区获国务院批复设立Wanzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone approved by the State Council

新年伊始，重庆市万州综合保税区获国务院批复设立，标志着渝东北首个综合保税区正式落户万州，万达开川渝统筹发展示范区建设再添一个重要的国家级开放平台。万州综合保税区集保税区、出口加工区、保税物流区、港口的功能于一身，预计今年底或明年初封关运行后，发展国际中转、配送、采购、转口贸易和出口加工等业务，将进一步完善万州对外开放平台功能。

At the beginning of the New Year, Chongqing Wanzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone was approved and established by the State Council, marking the official landing of the first comprehensive bonded zone in Wanzhou, and added a major national-level platform for the construction of Wanzhou-Dazhou-Kaizhou-Sichuan-Chongqing Integrated Development Demonstration. Wanzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone integrates the functions of bonded zone, export processing zone, bonded logistics zone and port. It is expected that after the completion and operation at the end of this year or early next year, it will develop international transit, delivery, procurement, entrepot trade and export processing, and further improve the functions of Wanzhou's opening-up platform.

2020年重庆保税港区“一带一路”商品展示交易中心新增罗马尼亚、韩国、菲律宾、法国等多个国家馆，交易中心内国家馆数量已超30个，先后在武隆仙女山、黔江、万盛、达州等地建立进口产品授权分销中心，把“一带一路”沿线国家特色商品带到市民家门口。

In 2020, national pavilions of Romania, South Korea, Philippines, France, etc have been added at Chongqing Bonded Port Area "Belt and Road" Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center, bringing the number of national pavilions in the Trading Center to over 30.
