【摘  要】论文通过对互联网行业上市企业2014-2018这五年的年报进行分析，判断互联网企业的经营效率情况。论文基于国内企业绩效评价的理论研究，在分析传统的企业绩效评价方法的基础上，引入在处理多输入、多输出的问题上具有优势的数据包络分析（DEA）方法，并将其应用于我国互联网行业上市企业的经营绩效评价。

【Abstract】By analyzing the annual reports of listed enterprises in the internet industry for the five years from 2014-2018， the paper determines the situation of operating efficiency of internet enterprises. Based on the theoretical research of performance evaluation in domestic enterprises and the analysis of traditional enterprise performance evaluation methods， the paper introduces the data envelopment analysis （DEA） method， which has advantages in dealing with the problems of multiple input and multiple output， and applies it to the evaluation of business performance of listed enterprises in China's internet industry.

1 引言

近年来，随着互联网、通信技术的发展，互联网企业也逐步得到了发展，在2010年之后，在4G网络更新换代的背景下，互联网企业得到了飞跃式的发展。部分互联网企业发展迅速，在市场上形成几家独大的形势，同时，部分互联网企业却被时代抛在身后，昙花一现。因此，研究上市互联网企业经营效率的影响因素，对广大的互联网企业运营管理有很大的指导作用。

2 互联网行业经营效率测算

测算互联网行业上市企业的经营效率，受多个因素影响，并且其结果可从多方面衡量，是一个有着多投入、多产出的决策模型，因此，选用DEA方法进行效率分析。DEA方法中的投入指标是指决策单元在社会经济活动中需要耗费的经济量，产出指标是指决策单元在某种投入要素组合下产出成效的经济量。因此，根据评价指标体系，本文选取了15家互联网行业上市企业在2014-2018年的数据，建立C2R模型，运用DEAP软件进行求解。2014-2018年互联网上市企业数据如表1所示。

指标选取：①投入指标：流动资产、固定资产和无形资产;②产出指标：净利润和每股净收益。……
