【摘  要】人工智能技术改变了出版产业的生态环境，也重塑了编辑的工作方式、内容与重点。鉴于此，论文首先分析了人工智能可助力市场与前沿选题的策划、减少人工审校工作量、协同出版物生产制作流程并助推出版产品的宣传推广;其次从编辑工作的基本内容出发，梳理人工智能时代编辑工匠精神的内涵与构成;最后从出版行业广泛采用的师徒制项目出发，提出助推图书编辑提升工匠精神的具体举措，如構建学习型组织文化、实行制度化师徒制项目、明确师徒制项目培训内容。

【Abstract】Artificial intelligence technology has changed the ecological environment of publishing industry， and it has also reshaped the working mode， content and focus of editors. In view of this， this paper firstly analyzes that artificial intelligence can help the planning of market and cutting-edge topic selection， reduce the workload of manual review and proofreading， make the production process of publications collaborative， and promote the publicity and dissemination of published products. Secondly， starting from the basic content of editing work， this paper combs the connotation and composition of editors' craftsman spirit in the era of artificial intelligence. Finally， starting from the mentorship project which is widely used in publishing industry， this paper puts forward specific measures to promote the improvement of book editors' craftsman spirit， such as building learning organization culture， implementing institutionalized mentorship project， and clarifying the training content of mentorship project.

1 引言

人工智能（Artificial Intelligent，AI）作为计算机科学的一个分支，能够通过对数字化处理所感知到的外部环境相关信息的整理、分析并判断出当前环境中最佳行动方案从而获得最大效益[1]。自2017年国务院颁布《新一代人工智能发展规划》（国发〔2017〕35号）以来，人工智能已渗透到生产经营与日常生活的方方面面，各行各业也在尝试“大力发展人工智能新兴产业，加快产业智能化升级，打造人工智能创新高地”。

出版行业也不例外。早在2013年，美联社就尝试采用Automated Insight公司的人工智能平台Wordsmith撰写财经新闻。在2016年的里约奥运会期间，今日头条运用自主研发的人工智能机器人“张小明”在6天内撰写了超过200篇赛事报道。在2017年8月9日，“四川九寨沟地震”事件中人工智能程式因仅用时5s的新闻撰写而引发全民热议。……
