【摘  要】伴随当下企业生产模式及技术的创新，如何提升多品种小批量电子产品的生产效率备受诸多学者关注。论文结合用户要求与企业生产模式转型方向，针对多品种小批量电子产品生产计划排产中存在问题弊端提出相关策略、方法和措施，以期实现快速响应的柔性化生产，达到企业降本增效的目标。

【Abstract】With the innovation of production modes and technologies in today's enterprises， how to improve the production efficiency of multi-variety and small-batch electronic products has attracted many scholars' attention. Combined with the requirements of users and the transformation direction of enterprises' production mode， this paper puts forward relevant strategies， methods and measures in view of the problems and disadvantages existing in the production planning and scheduling of multi-variety and small-batch electronic products， so as to realize the flexible production with rapid response and achieve the goal of cost reduction and benefit increase.

1 引言

新时代，我国企业正面临生产模式变革与创新，多品种小批量生产模式逐日盛行。本文从多品种小批量电子产品的生产计划面临的问题入手，结合用户要求、产品特点，将生产计划排产优化措施进行全面阐述，为下一步多品种小批量产品生产优化管理提供参考。

2 多品种小批量生产模式概述

随着我国互联网的迅速发展，用户个性化定制需求逐步流行，原有的大规模及大批量生产模式逐渐被多品种小批量生产模式所取代。首先，多品种小批量生产主要是指在一定生产周期内，生产出数量较少的产品。但其特点为产品种类颇多，主要包括产品尺寸、颜色、规格、型号、形状等。其次，多品种小批量生产模式特征如下：第一，相对于大规模生产模式，其生产效率偏低且生产成本颇高，自动化生产模式形成较难;第二，生产计划与生产组织相对复杂、多变;第三，具有一定的市场占有率及趋势性，多品种小批量生产模式可以满足用户高级定制需求。
