试论信息化测绘技术在全国土地调查中的应用

【摘 要】论文选择就信息化测绘技术在土地调查中的应用进行分析和研究，为了确保分析和研究的全面性，设计如下研究框架。首先，阐述信息化测绘技术定义，了解信息化测绘技术内涵以及特点，增加对技术的了解。其次，阐述信息化测绘技术在全国土地调查中的应用，分析应用要点以及举措，力求发挥技术最大价值，确保土地调查质量和效率。最后，分析信息化测绘技术应用举措以及发展方向，利于发挥技术最大优势，更加科学、合理地应用信息化测绘技术，掌握技术未来发展趋势，及时引进新技术，强化土地调查效果。
【Abstract】This paper chooses to analyze and study the application of informationized surveying and mapping technology in land survey. In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the analysis and research， the following research framework is designed. First of all， the paper describes the definition of informationized surveying and mapping technology to understand the connotation and characteristics of informationized surveying and mapping technology， increase the understanding of technology. Secondly， the paper expounds the application of informationized surveying and mapping technology in the national land survey， analyzes the key points of application and measures， and strives to exert the maximum value of the technology to ensure the quality and efficiency of land survey. Finally， the paper analyzes the application measures and development direction of informationized surveying and mapping technology， which is conducive to the maximum advantage of technology， so as to apply the informationized surveying and mapping technology more scientifically and rationally， master the future development trend of the technology， and introduce new technology in time， strengthen the effect of land survey.

1 引言
随着社会的发展，科学技术的日渐成熟，我国迎来全新的时代——互联网信息时代。在互联网信息社会，信息技术的发展使其在各个领域广泛应用，如信息化测绘技术作为信息技术的一种，就在当下土地调查工作、土地规划以及城市建设中被大力应用。信息化测绘技术的应用，完善以往传统测量方法的不足，保证测绘的精准性，利于对土地合理、科学的规划，确保城市整体规划的合理性，带动城市化建设，树立全新城市形象，促进城市的进一步发展。
2 信息化测绘技术介绍
信息化测绘技术是科学技术发展的产物，其理论定义为：是一种实现实时、高效地理信息的综合化服务过程。信息化测绘技术集成传统技术优势，完善传统测绘技术不足，并且把数字化技术以及信息技术整合，发挥科学技术优势，保证测量质量和效果。……
