【摘  要】作为国内中部地区崛起战略支点的湖北省，在当地省政府和金融机构等多部门的努力下，湖北省已经在科技与金融的融合发展方面取得了不错的成绩。论文分别从高新技术企业状况、工业企业R&D活动情况、金融机构参与科技金融状况、政府对科技金融的支持力度、市场金融产品的创新共五个方面浅谈湖北省科技金融发展现状，并提出湖北省科技金融发展过程中存在的问题。

【Abstract】Hubei Province， as the strategic fulcrum of the rise of central China， has made good achievements in the integration of science and technology and finance with the efforts of the local provincial government and financial institutions. This paper discusses the development status of science and technology finance in Hubei Province from five aspects： the status of high-tech enterprises， the R&D activities of industrial enterprises， the participation of financial institutions in science and technology finance， the government's support for science and technology finance， and the innovation of market financial products， and puts forward the problems existing in the development process of Hubei Province's science and technology finance.

1 引言

2015年7月，湖北省成为全国首个科技金融试验区，在创新型国家战略规划中显得尤为重要。作为中部崛起战略支点的湖北省，不仅具有科教大省的绝对优势，还有大量科技人才与技术的支撑，能够促进科技与金融深度融合，加速科技成果转化实现区域经济高质量发展，最终形成以湖北为中心，带动中部地区经济高质量发展，为其他地区提供现实的借鉴意义的新格局。

2 湖北省科技金融发展现状

2.1 湖北省高新技术企业发展状况

湖北省政府高度重视高新技术企业的发展，省内对于高新技术企业的认定，主要依据《高新技术企业认定管理办法》来评定企业是否达到高新技术企业的标准。这类企业是政府重点帮扶的对象，政府为其提供了大量的创新基金、贷款贴息等多项国家优惠政策。这一措施促进了高精尖技术经济产业的发展，特别是对大型公司企业的发展起到一个至关重要的作用。……
