【摘  要】加强民营企业党员教育工作，对增强党的阶级基础、扩大党的群众基础、巩固党的执政基础具有十分重要的意义。做好党的宗旨和企业宗旨相结合、企业党建活动与生产运营活动相结合、党课内容革新与企业文化建立相结合，不仅能加强民营企业基层党组织建设，而且能促进民营企业又好又快发展。

【Abstract】Strengthening the education work of Party members in private enterprises is of great significance to strengthening the Party's class foundation， expanding the Party's mass foundation and consolidating the Party's ruling foundation. Doing a good job of combining the purpose of the Party with the purpose of the enterprises， combining the Party building activities with the production and operation activities in enterprises， and combining the content innovation of Party classes with the establishment of enterprise culture， which not only can strengthen the grassroots Party organizations building in private enterprises， but also can promote the good and fast development of private enterprises.

1 引言

新中国成立70多年来，民营经济发展呈现几何级数增长，在经济社会发展中发挥的重要作用越来越突出。同时，民营企业也积极推动建立基层党组织，通过明确党员教育的目标、创新党员教育的形式，持续提升和完善党员教育的系统化建设体系。然而受民营企业自身性质特殊性的制约，分析运行机制时不难发现，一些企业无法高效地借鉴和运用国有企业以及集体企业的部分已经成熟的党员教育工作经验。为了解决这一问题，民营企业需要通过三个结合对党员教育工作进行调查和研究，逐步改进，提升党员教育的质量和成效。

2 党的宗旨和企业宗旨相结合

作为民营企业中的党员职工，既是企业职工，承担着企业生产的责任，更是一名中共党员，肩负着全心全意为人民服务的责任。两者不是互相矛盾的关系，两者应当是相辅相成、共同成长、缺一不可的关系。因此，从社会整体的角度讲，民营企业应当从两个基本点出发：民营企业是做什么的以及企业是遵循什么原则成长的。……
