【摘  要】论文主要分析了企业女工思想政治工作目前存在的一些问题，并提出了关于加强企业女工思想政治工作的有效途径。对企业女工进行有效的思想政治工作对于提升企业形象、加强企业管理具有重要的作用。论文通过对女工思想政治工作的途径进行探究，为企业提供一些合理化的建议。

【Abstract】This paper mainly analyzes some of the current problems existing in the ideological and political work of women workers in enterprises， and puts forward some effective ways to strengthen the ideological and political work of women workers in enterprises. Effective ideological and political work for women workers in enterprises plays an important role in improving the image of enterprises and strengthening the management of enterprises. By exploring the ways of ideological and political work of women workers， this paper provides some reasonable suggestions for enterprises.

1 引言

当前，国内的企业正处于快速发展的时期，社会各界都对企业女工的思想政治工作更加关注，因此，企业应顺应时代发展的潮流，加强开展女工的思想政治工作，避免发生相关的不良事件而在业界和社会中引起讨论，培养企业女工自强不息、开拓进取的精神，为企业的进一步发展打下牢固的基础。

2 做好企业女工思想政治工作的意义

企业女工在体力和精力上，与男性劳动者相比存在着一些明显的差异，但是在企业的实际工作中，女工与男性劳动者承担着一样的工作份额，在轻工业企业中，女工甚至承担了大部分的劳动量，是企业的主要生产力。企业经营者应结合时代发展的新潮流，设立专门的女工委员会，负责对企业女工进行相应的思想政治教育，加强企业的管理，进一步地提高企业的经济效益，为企业整体发展树立良好的形象。

3 目前企业女工思想政治工作中存在的问题
