【摘  要】我国是人口大国，房产需求量也在逐渐增加。但随着房地产行业的快速发展，很多地区房地产已经出现泡沫现象。过高的房产价格不利于人民安居乐业，因此需要国家政策调控，对房价进行干预，这样才能使房价趋于合理化。论文首先讲述中国房地产行业经济发展现状，其次提出促进房地产行业经济发展的建议，最后分析中国房地产行业发展前景，希望可以深入分析房地产行业，为我国经济发展提供切实的参考意见。

【Abstract】China is a country with a large population， the demand for real estate is increasing gradually. However， with the rapid development of the real estate industry， real estate bubbles have appeared in many areas. The excessively high real estate prices are not conducive to people's well-being. Therefore， it is necessary for the state to regulate and control the real estate prices and intervene in them， so as to rationalize house prices. This paper firstly describes the current situation of the economic development of China's real estate industry， then puts forward suggestions to promote the economic development of the real estate industry， and finally analyzes the development prospects of China's real estate industry， hoping to deeply analyze the real estate industry， to provide practical reference for the economic development of our country.

1 引言

根据对全球房价进行比价发现，我国部分地区房价在全球都属于高价格，过高的房价不利于人民安居乐业，因此，国家一直在寻求合理的解决方案，希望在抑制房价的同时，也能解决房产行业供需关系不均衡、购买不理性等问题。虽然随着政府一系列抑制，整体房价已经趋于平稳回落状态，但却仍然有很多人民群众的工资价格担负不起房价，如何对房产价格进行进一步调控，又尽量减少对房地产行业经济的伤害，也尽量避免损害其他行业利益，是政府以及人民重点关心的话题。

2 中国房地产行业经济发展现状

2.1 推动我国经济发展
