【摘  要】在近几年的发展中，建筑工程在我国的发展越来越完善，人们在建筑上的需求逐渐增高，不仅注重建筑的质量，在美观上也要更加有创新性。以此，为加强对建筑工程的实施，地基施工处理技术是建筑的重要组成部分，在提升建筑工程发展时，地基施工处理技术起着至关重要的作用，这直接影响着整个工程的发展。

【Abstract】In the development of recent years， the development of construction engineering in China is more and more perfect， people's demand in the construction is gradually increasing， not only pay attention to the quality of the building， but also more innovative in the appearance. Therefore， in order to strengthen the implementation of the construction project， the foundation construction treatment technology is an important part of the building， in the promotion of the development of the construction project， the foundation construction treatment technology plays a vital role， which directly affects the development of the whole project.

1 引言

针对建筑工程的实施，主要就是确保每个流程能够按照设计稿完成，并且达到完整的标准，这时就要加强地基施工处理技术，主要地基起到的作用对整个工程将会造成影响。而建筑中往往最注重的除了人们追求的美观，在安全使用方面上才是最不可缺少的，这样的要求完全与地基施工技术有着直接的关系，这是工程建设中不可忽视的一部分，地基对整个工程接下来的建设是最基本的扎根点，这影响着这个建筑的使用寿命，为更好地达到建筑标准，以下将作出分析。

2 建筑施工工程中的地基处理技术特点概括

建筑行业伴随着近几年社会发展，不断地越来越完善，当前人们对建筑施工的要求也变得更加严格。在社会不断进步的情况下，建筑行业也在提升，使得建筑变得更加多样化，在建设时也就逐渐地增加了难度，面临着当前人们的困惑，由于建筑施工中地基施工处理不够完善的话，将导致建设成果达不到使用的效果，在进行时要对此加强管理，才能提升当前建筑设计的成果。……
