【摘  要】新形势下，企业为实现创新发展，选择建立财务共享服务中心，以此帮助企业完成财务改革创新目标。企业借由服务中心进行业务处理，可使内部管控更为具体、外部业务更为规范，由此企业可获得高效率、高收益的创建成效。论文以施工企业为研究对象，对OCR技术进行简单分析，并结合财务共享服务中心的概念、应用情况，提出OCR技术的应用优势。施工企业在构建财务共享服务中心的过程中应用OCR技术，有利于优化财务共享服务中心的业务流程，帮助施工企业完成财务共享等工作内容。

【Abstract】Under the new situation， in order to achieve innovation and development， enterprises choose to establish financial shared service center to help enterprises achieve the goal of financial reform and innovation. By using the service center for business processing， enterprises can make internal control more specific and external business more standardized， thus enterprises can obtain high efficiency and high income results of establishment. This paper takes the construction enterprises as the research object， makes a simple analysis of OCR technology， and combined with the concept and application situation of financial shared service center， puts forward the application advantages of OCR technology. The application of OCR technology in the construction process of financial shared service center is conducive to optimizing the business process of financial shared service center and helping construction enterprises complete financial sharing and other work.

1 引言

截至2020年，我国各企业良好践行财务信息化工作已有20余年历史，传统信息化形式代替电算化，而现阶段信息化形式又悄然取代信息化模式，使得财务管理工作能变得智能且人性，由此我国正式迈入IT、OT融合发展时代。当前，施工企业内部存在发展阻碍，该种情况在外部市场竞争日渐激烈情况下，已然严重制约施工企业的业务拓展行为，因此，内部财务管控人员应加大管制力度，确保财务信息数据可良好流通并促进企业发展目标的实现。财务共享中心可明确集团型企业发展需求，并践行成本控制任务，促进业务效率提升，由此可知服务中心的建立有其现实价值。OCR技术在服务中心内的最主要作用是将财务数据电子化，在数据完成信息化转化后，可促进财务部门实现更多企业发展目标，所以该新型技术能完善服务中心职能，弥补现有弊端。……
