【摘  要】党务档案管理工作是政府部门整理资料、存储资料的重要工作，为其他的行政管理工作提供基础。现代的党务档案管理工作要想体现其实用价值，就需要通过加强现代化建设的方法，提升党务档案管理工作的效率和质量。在未将现代化信息技术应用于管理方式之前，党务档案管理工作常会存在一些实际问题，但经过现代化的创新应用以后，这些问题都能够迎刃而解，由此也可看出现代化建设的必要性。

【Abstract】The Party affairs archives management work is an important work for government departments to sort out and store data， which provides the basis for other administrative work. In order to reflect its practical value， modern Party affairs archives management work needs to enhance the efficiency and quality of Party affairs archives management work by the method of strengthening the modernization construction. Before the application of modernization information technology to management method， there are often some practical problems existing in the Party affairs archives management work， but after the innovative application of modernization， these problems can be solved smoothly， which can also see the necessity of modernization construction.

1 引言

在现代社会主义市场经济的发展中，信息技术水平的不断提升，为党务档案管理工作提供了现代化发展的途径与方法。我国有关部门要紧随时代的发展步伐，加强对党务档案管理工作的现代化建设，建立起能够满足新时期管理工作需要的党务档案管理模式，使之能够与党务工作相配合，丰富档案管理体系的内容，为满足社会发展及党建的需要提供支持。同时，有关部门也要建立起完善的、真实的管理参考体系，为工作人员的实际党务档案管理工作提供规范化的流程，而加强党务档案管理工作的现代化建设也成为有关部门在新时代工作中的一大创新主题，不断寻求管理模式上的突破才是取得发展的关键。
