【摘  要】随着时代的发展，公共图书馆也面临转型，从而满足读者在不同场景的阅读需求。参考咨询服务可以为读者提供更直接、更高效的建议和服务，利用读者数据，挖掘背后的价值，进而利用数据的价值去创造更大的运用价值，扩大业务的深入度，提升参考咨询服务业务的完整性，将图书馆服务的潜力彻底释放，创造出更多的阅读价值，意义重大。论文围绕公共图书馆参考咨询服务进行阐述，分析了公共图书馆未来发展的形式和参考咨询服务的内涵，以期对相关人士有所助益。

【Abstract】With the development of the times， public library is also facing transformation， so as to meet the reading needs of readers in different scenes. Reference service can provide readers with more direct and efficient suggestions and service. It uses the readers' data to excavate the value behind， and then uses the value of data to create greater application value， expand the depth of business， enhance the integrity of reference service business， completely release the potential of library service， and create more reading value， which is of great significance. This paper expounds the reference service of public library， analyzes the future development form of public library and the connotation of reference service， so as to be helpful to relevant people.

1 引言

近年来，公共图书馆的图书资源利用率在不断下降，与此同时，图书资源的类型也向着数字化图书资源的方向在飞速发展，越来越多的读者首先在网络上查询获取文献信息，参考咨询服务也必须进行相应的转型和升级才能满足读者需求，挖掘数据的价值，提供完整而有效的参考咨询服务，更加迎合时代的变化，提高图书资源的利用率，更好地为社会服务。

2 公共图书馆与图书资源的转型

身处互联网时代，互联网对人们生活方式的影响是巨大的，在信息资源的分享与阅读方面，人们逐渐适应了移动阅读的方式，现代社会几乎人手一部电子设备，通过电子设备进行移动化的阅读，能减少空间、时间、方式的限制，阅读更加便利、更能自主安排。……
