【摘  要】建设生态文明，是走向社会主义新时代的必然要求。推进生态文明建设，可以最大限度地沉淀绿色发展沃土，铸就天蓝、地绿、水清的美丽家园，描绘出生态“高颜值”、发展“好气质”、经济“稳进好”的魅力中国画卷。推进生态文明建设，可进一步落实良好民生，为开创我国良好生态环境的新起点、新局面、新征程夯实根基。

【Abstract】The construction of ecological civilization is the inevitable requirement for moving towards a new era of socialism. Promoting the ecological civilization construction can maximize the deposition of fertile soil for green development， create a beautiful home with blue sky， green ground and clear water， and depict the charming Chinese picture of "beautiful appearance" of ecology， "good state" of development and "stable， progressive and good" economy. Promoting the ecological civilization construction can further implement good people's livelihood and lay a solid foundation for the new starting point， new situation， and new journey in the creation of a good ecological environment in China.

1 引言

我国生态文明建设的研究汗牛充栋，认真研究和梳理其发展逻辑，对于厘清其重要意义及实现路径，具有重要的作用。因此，首先要做的就是对生态文明、生态环境这两个词进行学理性的认知和分析，在此基础上，从自然角度分析人与自然的关系，从社会价值维度对人民利益和期望进行维护和满足，以厚植幸福生态背景框，勾勒“安天下”基调。

2 相关概念诠释

2.1 生态文明

生态文明，从广义上讲，它是人类社会阶段发展的一个部分，是在人类经历了原始文明、农业文明、工业文明之后的一个高级形态的文明。在文化价值上，它强调生态道德、生态意识、价值需求的统一。在生态方式上，它强调适度原则，并坚持底线思维，把握分寸，寻求平衡和可持续。从狭义的角度来看，它隶属于社会文明的一个小方面，是继物质文明、精神文明、政治文明之后的又一文明形态。它主张德化人类、善待自然，用理智的态度去对待自然，并强调人与人、人与社会、人与自然和谐相处、良性循环和全面可持续发展。……
