【摘  要】随着越来越多的PPP项目签约落地，政府补偿作为促进PPP项目可持续发展的重要策略已经成为研究热点。论文采用内容分析法对选自CNKI数据库2006年以来分析PPP项目政府补偿决策的样本文献，从模型方法、补偿方式、研究内容和研究趋势四个维度进行了研究，总结了PPP项目政府补偿决策的研究现状，从不同角度分析了研究的不足，提出了相应的建议，并对未来的研究方向进行了探讨，具有一定的理论价值。

【Abstract】With more and more PPP projects signed and landed， government compensation as an important strategy to promote the sustainable development of PPP projects has become a research hotspot. This paper uses the content analysis method to study the sample literature selected from the CNKI database for the analysis of government compensation decision-making for PPP projects since 2006 from four dimensions： model methods， compensation methods， research content and research trends. The paper summarizes the current research status of government compensation decision-making for PPP projects， analyzes the research deficiencies from different angles， puts forward corresponding suggestions， and discusses future research directions， which has certain theoretical value.

1 引言

PPP项目是一个长期且复杂的过程，社会资本面临许多不确定性因素，有效的政府补偿策略成为促进PPP项目可持续发展的必要手段。本文采用内容分析法对2006年以来国内公开发表的PPP项目政府补偿决策文献进行系统梳理，从模型方法、补偿方式、研究内容和研究趋势四个方面进行研究，以期总结研究现状，为未来的研究提供理论参考和借鉴。

2 研究方法与数据选择

2.1 研究方法

本文采用内容分析法较为全面地梳理了PPP项目政府补偿决策的研究文献。首先，通过对目标数据库的文献检索，整理归纳了有关PPP项目政府补偿决策的文献，并对文献进行了二次筛选，得到了样本文献;其次，从模型方法、补偿方式、研究内容和研究趋势四个维度对样本文献进行了比较分析，并绘制了图表。
