【摘  要】物资管理作为铁路工程项目管理中的重点内容，直接关系到铁路工程施工质量及成本控制，需要对其给予高度重视，实践中也要对当前物资管理存在的机制不健全、管理模式落后、人员素质偏低等问题进行细致分析，并坚持与时俱进采取有效措施，促进铁路工程物资管理工作创新。基于此，论文对铁路工程项目物资管理现状及优化策略展开研究和分析。

【Abstract】Material management， as the key content of railway engineering project management， is directly related to the construction quality and cost control of railway engineering， so it needs to be attached great importance to. In practice， the current material management mechanism is not perfect， the management mode is backward， personnel quality is low and other problems should be carefully analyzed， and adhere to keep pace with the times to take effective measures to promote the railway engineering material management innovation. Based on this， the paper carries out research and analysis on the current situation and optimization strategy of railway engineering project material management.

1 引言

在社会经济和科学技术不断发展的背景下，我国也加大了基础工程建设力度，涉及的铁路工程项目也日益增多，并且体现出投资大、建设周期长、质量要求高等特征，实际开展施工材料需求量也比较大，做好所需物资采购、储备和使用的计划、组织和控制工作，不仅可以提高物资使用效率，还能够推进物资管理现代化进程，使铁路工程管理水平得到进一步提升[1]。本文联系铁路工程项目物资管理现状，从健全管理机制、创新管理方式、提高人员素质等方面入手，提出几点行之有效的优化策略，以供参考。

2 铁路工程项目物资管理现状分析

现阶段，铁路工程项目经理部开展物资管理工作，还显露出以下问题丞待解决：

①机制不健全，一方面，没有结合铁路工程项目实际情况，对物资管理内部控制体系加以构建，以营造良好的控制环境，再加上职责分工不明确的影响，使得各项操作……
