【摘  要】随着社会飞速发展，财务管理体制也在不断进步。通过财务共享服务将企业运行过程中日常的、共性的、充分的财务数据共享在信息化财务共享平台上，将工作量繁重的财务工作变得自动化和智能化，将烦琐的基础数据处理交给机器与网络，减少企业运行成本，并且通过共享大大提升财务信息的流通效率，进而提升企业工作效率。论文首先分析财务共享服务的内涵，再分析财务共享服务下传统财务人员的转型方向和策略建议，以供参考。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of society， the financial management system is constantly improving. Through the financial shared service， the daily， common and sufficient financial data in the process of enterprise operation are shared on the information-based financial shared platform， and the heavy financial work becomes automated and intelligent， and the tedious basic data processing is handed over to machines and networks， thus reducing the operating costs of enterprises， and greatly improving the circulation efficiency of financial information through sharing， thereby improving the working efficiency of enterprises. This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of financial shared services， and then analyzes the transformation direction and strategic suggestions of traditional financial personnel under financial shared services， for reference.

1 引言

传统财务人员以前只是从事着记账、汇报、审查的财务工作，随着企业产品从单一变得复杂，企业效益变得复杂，企业财务信息变得繁多，传统财务工作变得异常繁重，而随着时代的发展，财务共享服务的提出，将大量繁复的、基础的工作留给互联网工作，并且加大终端连接和共享，提高企业运行的效率，相应的，传统财务人员也面临转型。

2 财务共享服务的内涵

2.1 财务共享服务

财务共享服务，简单来说就是将企业集团日常的、基础的财务工作利用信息技术集中在财务共享中心完成，并且加大终端连接和共享，让财务部门和其他部门的联系更加紧密，避免孤岛式管理。随着社会发展，企业朝着规模化、集团化、国际化的方向发展，财务共享服务对于一个集团来说，能够减少分公司财务部门的建设，减少成本支出。……
