【摘  要】创新方法是科学思维、科学方法和科学工具的总称。世界科技的发展表明，重视创新思维的培养，超前部署创新方法研究和推广，加强以科学仪器、标准、设备等科学工具的自主研发，是提高自主创新能力的根本举措。创新方法不仅是解决发明创造问题强有力的理论工具，还是加快创新进程，缩短产品研发时间、减少创新成本的有效手段。

【Abstract】Innovative methods are the general name of scientific thinking， scientific methods and scientific tools. The development of world science and technology shows that attaching importance to the cultivation of innovative thinking， deploying the research and popularization of innovative methods ahead of time， and strengthening the independent research and development of scientific instruments， standards， equipment and other scientific tools are the fundamental measures to improve the independent innovation ability. Innovative method is not only a powerful theoretical tool to solve the problem of invention and creation， but also an effective means to speed up the process of innovation， shorten the time of product research and development and reduce the cost of innovation.

1 创新方法开展情况

2017年，石家庄科技中心作为国家创新方法子项目承担单位，开始了创新方法在科技园区和众创空间的应用示范与推广的筹备组织工作。经过前期调研和周密安排，创新方法应用推广工作按各项计划安排顺利开展。

为了能够进一步在科技园区和众创空间形成应用推广示范效应，初步建立科技型中小企业创新方法推广应用长效机制，为中小企业解决技术、产品研发等难题。科技中心制定了符合中小企业发展的创新方法培训计划，包括前期宣传发动、中期深度培训和后期成果验证，具体分为5个阶段，包括调研、集中培训、辅导、答辩、总结等，周期共计3个月。

前期宣传发动：为了宣传创新方法在企业研发中的作用和科技中心创新方法应用推广工作内容，印制了千余册创新方法宣传册，通过创新培训活动和企业走访，将宣传册发放到企业的研发人员手中。并且，在项目负责人的带领下，项目组成……
