【摘  要】论文基于河北省2000-2018年的相关数据，构建河北省工业产业集聚与经济发展的向量自回归模型，运用单位根检验、Johansen协整检验、脉冲响应函数等统计方法进行研究。通过研究分析发现，河北省工业产业集聚与经济发展之间存在互相促进的正面效应。在数据分析的基础上，对河北省工业产业集聚与经济增长提出了有针对性的、合理化的对策建议。

【Abstract】Based on the relevant data of Hebei Province from 2000 to 2018， this paper constructs a vector autoregressive model for industrial agglomeration and economic development in Hebei Province， and uses statistical methods such as unit root test， Johansen cointegration test， and impulse response function to conduct research. Through research and analysis， it is found that there is a positive effect of mutual promotion between industrial agglomeration and economic development in Hebei Province. On the basis of data analysis， targeted and rationalized countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for industrial agglomeration and economic growth in Hebei Province.

1 引言

产业集聚是指在某一产业中，有大量的相同企业及相关联的企业在某一地理位置上的空间高度集聚。在很多国家，竞争优势大的产业基本都集中在某一地区，如北京中关村的电子产业、底特律的汽车设备产业、好莱坞的影视产业、美国硅谷的电子产业等。产业集聚不仅可以提高产业竞争力，也是促进经济繁荣发展的有效途径。因此，产业集聚是谋求经济跨越式发展的必然选择，对促进地区经济竞争力的提高，实现区域协调发展，具有极重要的现实意义。

我国学者对产业集聚的研究主要集中在影响效应、影响因素、影响机制等方面，很多学者对产业集聚与区域经济进行了深入研究。李欣燃（2010）认为产业集群与区域经济相互影响，相互促进，两者之间的有机耦合不但可以加速集群产业升级，还可以有力推动区域经济发展，提升区域竞争力;项文彪、陈雁云（2017）对中部城市的分析结果，证……
