Atelier and I 坂本一成研究室

横琴科学城三期是位于珠海横琴约20ha基地上的城市设计项目，为科学城一、二期的延续。约80万m2规模的新城市，以“城市绿洲”为理念，渗透建筑设计、公共空间设计、绿化景观设计等各个层面。采用“紧凑小单元岛状规划”的构成，分散布置高层建筑，通过体量与间隔的调整，消解了巨型建筑对城市空间的割裂感，形成尺度丰富的外部空间及楼栋间的紧张关系。高层在四个方向上彼此高低错落，退台形式的裙房提供了与地面连续的丰富的室外活动空间，并通过二层的“空中步道”彼此相连，展现了集产业研究、办公、生活一体的新型城市空间。

An urban design project located on a 20 hectare site in Hengqin,Zhuhai,as the continuation of Scientific City Phases I and II.The new city,with a scale of about 800,000m2,is designed based on the concept of "urban oasis",which permeates all aspects of architecture design,public space design and landscape design.Adopting the composition of“small,compact unit and island plan",highrise buildings are scattered throughout the site.The volumes of building and distance in-between are adjusted to prevent the separation of the urban environment caused by large buildings,and to create a rich scale of external space and tensioned relationship.High-rise buildings are in different heights,and the set-back podiums under them provide a rich outdoor activity space continuous with the ground level and are connected with a"skywalk" on second floor.The new urban space that integrates laboratory,office and dwelling is presented.
