【摘 要】目的：探究手术室护士职业暴露的危害以及防护。方法：选择我院30名护士为研究对象，对手术护士职业暴露的危险因素进行回顾探究。结果：在手术室中，对护士职业暴露产生威胁的因素主要包括化学因素、物理因素等。结论：在手术室中应认真落实相关的防护工作，对护士进行专业防护培训，不仅可预防危险因素的发生，还可使其在发生后冷静应对，降低感染事件的发生。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the hazards and protection of occupational exposure of nurses in operating rooms.Methods：Thirty nurses in o ur hospital were selected as the research objects， and the risk factors of occupational exposure of surgical nurses were retrospectively explored. Results：In the operating room， the factors that threaten the occupational exposure of nurses mainly include chemical factors，physical factors.Co nclusion：Relevant protection work should be carefully implemented in the operating room， and professional protection training for nurses can not only prevent the occurrence of risk factors，but also enable them to calmly respond to the occurrence of infections and reduce the occurrenc e of infections.

近年来，人们对于护士护理工作的质量以及安全性的关注程度越来越高。而手术室中的医护人员，由于其长期工作于手术室中，其工作节奏快，注意力需要高度集中，精神紧张，并且与患者接触时间长，其中包括患者的血液、分泌物以及体液等，这些均有可能使护士感染的可能性增大，因而为有效降低此类风险，通过对我院30名护士进行观察，以探究手术室护士职业暴露的危害以及防护措施。

1.1 一般资料

选择我院30名护士为研究对象，年龄20岁～50岁，平均年龄（40.38±2.73）岁。本科学历8人，专科学历12人，中专学历10人。

1.2 危险因素

1.2.1 化学因素 化学危险因素主要包括化学消毒试剂的挥发以及空气中的污染颗粒等，在手术室中的空气污染具有一定的特殊性，其主要与麻醉机的防漏质量，消毒剂浓度的使用方法、有效时间以及手术所使用的仪器设备等相关。在手术室中常使用的化学灭菌机主要包括臭氧、煤酚皂以及甲醛，此类试剂具有较……
