摘 要：目的：通过分析和比较水银体温计和电子体温计在测量体温时准确性上的差异，以消除社会大众对水银和电子体温计在使用上的疑虑，以及对不同年龄段的人群该怎样选择合适的体温计给出合理建议。方法：使用不同品牌的电子体温计和水银体温计对被试人员进行体温测量，收集体温数据，分析对比数据间的差异。结果：电子体温计与水银体温计之间存在测量速度差异，但最终的测量结果没有差异性，所以两者在准确性方面不存在差异。结论：电子体温计相较于水银温度计测量结果没有差异，大家可以放心使用。从提高安全性的角度来看，建议儿童和老年人优先使用电子体温计，成年人可选择合理使用水银体温计。

Abstract：Objective：By analyzing and comparing the difference of accuracy between Mercury thermometer and electronic thermometer in measuring body temperature，this paper aims to eliminate the public doubts about the use of mercury and electronic thermometer，and give reasonable advice on how to choose the right thermometer for people of different ages.Method：Different brands of electronic thermometers and mercury thermometers were used to measure the body temperature of the subjects，collect the temperature data and analyze the differences between the data.Results：There is a difference in measuring speed between electronic thermometer and mercury thermometer，but there is no difference in the final result，so there is no difference in accuracy between them.Conclusion：Electronic thermometers give you the same results as Mercury-in-glass thermometer thermometers，so feel free to use them.From the point of view of improving safety，it is suggested that children and the elderly should use electronic thermometers first，and adults can choose reasonable mercury thermometers.

體温，是机体内在活动的一种客观反应[1]，保持恒定的体温，是保证生命活动正常进行的必要条件，体温可以反映出身体健康状况，常用做临床护理监测的最基本指标之一。水银体温计是通过汞的热涨原理来达到测量目的的一类体温计，新型的电子体温计取代了汞的原理，采用将体温热信号通过转导为电信号的方式来达到测量目的[2]。但是，社会大众对于两者的准确性差异具有疑虑，因此，本文将探讨关于水银和电子体温计在使用上的优缺点，以及不同年龄段的人群该怎样选择合适的体温计，消除群众对电子体温计不准确的疑虑。……
