[摘    要]在当代印刷设备中，PLC控制系统主要代替继电器来处理各种复杂的逻辑关系。PLC是可编程控制器的简称，通常在输入及输出单元、存储器、电源、中央处理单元的配合作用下，可进一步提高PLC的应用效果，改善技术产品结构，为各种机械工程自动化控制效果的增强、目标实现等提供技术保障。通过对输入采样、用户程序执行和输出刷新過程的充分考虑，能够充分发挥PLC技术的实用价值。

[Abstract]In contemporary printing equipment， PLC control system mainly replaces relay to deal with various complex logical relationships. PLC is the abbreviation of programmable controller. Generally， under the cooperation of input and output unit， memory， power supply and central processing unit， it can further improve the application effect of PLC， improve the structure of technical products， and provide technical guarantee for the enhancement of automatic control effect of various mechanical engineering and the realization of objectives. PLC控制系统属于一种可编程的存储器，该系统能够在其内部自动存储执行逻辑运算，实现顺序控制，实施定时、计数和算术运算等操作指令，采用数字式或者模拟式的输入输出形式控制各种类型的机械设备运行以及生产过程。对于印刷设备来说，配置PLC控制系统有助于确保印刷工作的正常运转，提升印刷质量与效率。不可忽视的是，PLC控制系统难免会因为使用时间的增长而出现损耗问题，对此必须做好PLC控制系统维护工作，着重优化系统维修方法。本文将简单介绍PLC技术系统的发展历程与应用，并综合探讨印刷设备中的PLC控制系统维护与维修方法。
