[摘    要]在我国港口事业快速发展的背景下，對港口机械设备制造水平要求不断提升，传统的焊接工艺效率低下，焊接质量不高，已不能满足港口机械结构件焊接加工的实际需要。由于焊接工艺比较落后，产品的生产效率大大下降，无法保证焊接质量。自动焊接设备是焊接技术与自动化技术相结合的一种新型的焊接设备，广泛应用于港口机械设备领域，效果良好。

[Abstract]Under the background of the rapid development of my country's port industry， the requirements for the manufacturing level of port machinery and equipment have been continuously improved. The traditional welding process is inefficient and the welding quality is not high， which can no longer meet the actual needs of welding and processing of port machinery and structural parts. Because the welding process is relatively backward， the production efficiency of the product is greatly reduced， and the welding quality cannot be guaranteed. Automatic welding equipment is a new type of welding equipment that combines welding technology and automation technology. It is widely used in the field of port machinery and equipment with good results.

1 自动化焊接设备优点分析

自动焊接设备是一种集焊接技术和自动化技术于一体的工程机械（图1）。与传统的手工焊接相比，自动化焊接的效率大大提高，可以降低企业的生产成本，为企业创造更多的利润，很多企业都致力于研制新型自动焊接设备，正在逐步取代传统的手工焊接。自动化焊接设备即焊接工作中运用自动化技术，能够自行进行焊接工作和任务的，如焊接专机、焊接机器人等的设备。自动化焊接设备相对于传统焊接设备，能够极大地提高焊接的效率和质量，还可以改善操作工作的环境，有效保障工作人员的安全。
