[摘    要]抛光机一种主要用于通过各种机械抛光研磨装置进行抛光的一种设备，而就目前国内现有的新型抛光机而言，在其实际使用中不难发现，其本身结构只能简单用于机械抛光，而不能在旋转和伸缩以及横向移动时被好好的利用，这种很大程度上导致了，其在使用的过程中只能依赖于固定型号合页，才能进行抛光工作，在日常生活与工作需要中不能被广泛应用。所以，在技术视角下，进行新型抛光机研究就显得尤其重要。文章研究了虚拟样机技术下新型抛光机——下摆式抛光机的技术设计等，以期提供参考。

[Abstract]As we all know， the polishing machine is a kind of equipment mainly used for polishing through various mechanical polishing and grinding devices. As far as the current domestic new type polishing machine is concerned， it is not difficult to find in its actual use， its own structure It can only be used simply for mechanical polishing， and cannot be used well during rotation， telescoping and lateral movement. This is largely caused by the fact that it can only be polished by relying on fixed hinges during use. Work cannot be widely used in daily life and work needs. Therefore， from a technical perspective， it is particularly important to conduct research on new polishing machines. The article studies the technical design of a new type of polishing machine under the virtual prototype technology-the pendulum polishing machine， etc.， in order to provide a reference.

1 下摆式抛光机的虚拟设计

当下技术型制造企业之间的市场竞争越发激烈，而我国相关企业为提高国际竞争力，也在不断转变自己的思想，从质量、成本以及售后等多方面着手，力求让生产出来的产品能够适应当下瞬息万变的市场。当下，主流的工艺形式是为了减少产品成本而改进的，主要偏向于产品的多样化以及批量的扩大化，也为了进一步缩短生产的生命周期，制造企业不得不对先进技术进行研究，这其中多数与计算机、智能化技术挂钩。目前，资金投入大、建设周期长等问题依然存在，这些都是系统制造存在的比较大的问题。这些系统从开始建设到实际的运行，都需要对经济效益和风险费用进行评估，但是这类型的评估工作难以进行，因此，在无法投入人力物力进行产品开发前，就必须要进行合理的风险评估，才能把握各个关键环节，并预算其基本情况，以此实现系统的设计于产品之间的协调关系，以此实现企业的整体化以及全局最优收益。……
