[摘    要]电力运行平台的智能化是当前电力行业发展的主流趋势，在此背景下，文章以恒申电业公司电力运行平台升级改造项目为例，首先探讨该智能化电力运行平台的架构，其次探讨其设计方案，最后分析该平台的构建成效，从而加深对智能化电力平台的认识，掌握电力运行的有效手段，为今后电力行业的进步奠定扎实基础。

[Abstract]The intellectualization of power operation platform is the mainstream trend of the current development of power industry. Under this background， taking the power operation platform upgrading project of Hengshen power company as an example， this paper first discusses the architecture of the intelligent power operation platform， then discusses its design scheme， and finally analyzes the construction effect of the platform， So as to deepen the understanding of intelligent power platform， master the effective means of power operation， and lay a solid foundation for the progress of power industry in the future.

近年来，随着我国经济水平的不断提升，电力行业传统的运行方式已无法适应时代发展的需求，相关人员应努力打造智能化的电力运行平台，提升电力行业整体服务水平，确保电力运行的稳定性与持续性。智能化电力运行平台的构建，可以代替有限的电力工作人员，以实现电力运行的“全无人值守”“全年全天24 h监控”，能够帮助管理人员全面分析电力运行数据，结合相关性信息分析判断并提前做好预案，实现电力系统的及时维护保养、修理改造及设备检修等。与传统电力运行管理系统相比，智能化电力运行平台能够将各项数据整合，大大提升电力运行监测效果，增强电力运行的安全性与可靠性。
