[摘    要]  解决软盒YB95不能独立运行的问题，将软盒YB95改造为硬盒YB95A条外透明纸包装机，满足条盒外透明纸独立包装的控制需求。原YB95条外透明纸包装机的电气控制是基于MICRoII系统的电柜实施，因此需要设计一个独立的电控系统。文章采用的是PLC控制，设计编写PLC程序，大大降低了改造成本。结果表明改造后的设备运行稳定，完全满足生产包装需求，同时为企业节省了成本。

[Abstract]To solve the problem that the soft box yb95 can not operate independently， the soft box yb95 is transformed into a hard box yb95a transparent paper packaging machine outside the strip box to meet the control requirements of independent packaging of transparent paper outside the strip box. The electric control of the original yb95 strip outer transparent paper packaging machine is implemented based on the electric cabinet of MICROII system， so it is necessary to design an independent electric control system. This paper adopts PLC control， designs and compiles PLC program， which greatly reduces the transformation cost. The results show that the reformed equipment runs stably， fully meets the production and packaging needs， and saves the cost for the enterprise.

为了满足企业需求，实现条盒透明纸的独立包装运行。目前国内已有部分企业对其研究改造，比如，利用原T20包装机进行改造，成功研制了条外透明纸包装机，但只能完成软质条盒产品的包装。将原ZB45进行改造，实现YB95A的独立运行包装，目前还没有将软盒改为硬盒YB95A条透包装机的产品。ZB25包装机组由YB25、YB55、YB65、YB95四部分组成，它们的电气控制部分集成在一个电柜中，成为一个不可分割的整体。因此，YB95部分要改造为YB95A并独立运行，不仅要增加条盒动力输送装置，改变气路，还需要研究设计独立的电控系统。

1 存在问题

改造成YB95A后，要具有的功能有热烫封，温度设置，故障的检测与显示，安全防护，外包材料脱离，加热器延时张开，变频驱动调速，来料位置检测，手动盘车，外观美容等。为了实现以上功能，要合理规划研究设计出独立的电控系统，制作独立电控柜，对CPU、变频器、变压器等电器元器件进行选型、安装、编写设计软件程序，进行软件硬件的联机调试。……
