摘要：对现有板栗仁脱皮方式和技术进行了调查研究，通过查阅资料比较了不同板栗脱皮方式特点，结合不同的脱皮方式，设计一款结构简单小巧，工艺可靠，操作方便、安全的板栗脱皮机，使其板栗脱皮之后板栗仁无明显破损。对板栗脱皮机的设计内容主要包括对板栗脱皮机的总体框架设计，对滚 刀刨皮的结构进行了方案对比，确定去皮方式，并对板栗仁的去除红衣的揉搓滚筒设计和最后的筛网设计，板栗脱皮机的工作效率分析，电动机的选择和 板栗脱皮机的传动方式的设计，对 V 带的传动进行计算分析，设计了齿轮和轴对其进行了计算和校核。

Abstract：The existing chestnut kernel peeling methods and techniques were investigated，and the characteristics ofdifferent chestnut peeling methods were compared by consulting the data. Combined with different peeling methods，a chestnut peeling machine with simple and small structure，reliable technology，convenient operation and safety was designed，which made the chestnut kernel without obvious damage after peeling. The design content ofchestnut peeler mainly includes the overall frame design ofchestnut peeler，the scheme comparison ofhob peeling structure，the peeling method，the design ofkneading drum for removing red coat ofchestnut kernel and the final screen，the analysis ofworking efficiency ofchestnut peeler，the selection ofmotor and the design oftransmission mode ofchestnut peeler，the calculation and analysis ofVbelt transmission，and the design ofgears and shafts to calculate and check it.

引言

随着板栗种植和销量增长，有许多板栗脱皮机品牌相继出现如：伟民 牌 6BH—1800 类型的板栗剥壳机，这类板栗脱壳机通过三轧辊夹杂脱皮，能通过二次脱皮大大提高去皮率。但是就现在的板栗脱皮技术而言仍有不 足，由于坚果外形尺寸相差较大，脱皮时不能对不同大小的板栗进行分类 以至于板栗仁破损数量较多。

1 家用小型板栗脱皮机的整体结构

板栗脱皮机的整体结构主要有脱壳装置、揉搓装置、筛分装置、动力 装置、进料斗、机架和外罩组成[1]。脱皮装置由进料斗和滚刀以及传动管道 组成;揉搓装置主要由揉搓滚筒、揉搓泡棉组成;筛分装饰为双层筛网;动力装置主要由电动机、V 带轮、主轴组成，电动机带动 V 带传递动力，将动力传给主轴。……
