摘要：基于对当今现况以及中国互联网市场的文献与数据调查，实证分析了人们对环保的重视、对资源循环利用意识的加强等情况。讨论了基于OTO模式下提出“U回收”模式构建研究方案的可行性以及改变传统可回收垃圾回收的方法和途径。研究表明：随着互联网科技的发展，OTO模式下的废品回收对当今社会的发展是十分重要的。本文主要对农村以及黑龙江八一农垦大学废品回收的发展背景与现状进行研究，并提出相应的改进对策。

Abstract： Based on the literature and data survey of the current situation and China's Internet market， this paper empirically analyzes people's attention to environmental protection and the enhancement of awareness of resource recycling. This paper discusses the feasibility of the research scheme of "U recycling" mode based on oto mode， as well as the methods and ways to change the traditional recyclable garbage collection. Research shows that： with the development of Internet technology， waste recycling under oto mode is very important to the development of today's society. This paper mainly studies the development background and current situation of waste recycling in rural areas and Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University， and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures.

近年来，随着居民对电商平台消费能力的不断提高，物流废品的数量也在不断增大。2020前三季度全国网上零售额为80065亿元左右，同比增长9.7%，增速比上半年加快2.4个百分点。其中，实物商品网上零售额为66477亿元，增长15.35，占社会消费品零售总额的比重为24.3%。在实物商品网上零售额中，吃类、穿类和用类商品分别增长35.7%、3.3%和16.8%。就黑龙江八一农垦大学学生消费水平看，大部分学生的消费水平都很高，在电商平台消费产生的物流垃圾惊人。我们学校内目前还没有专门回收废品的线上店或实体店，相对于外面竞争压力小了很多，而且我们全校师生一万五千人左右，其中每人每天产生的垃圾废品都是巨大的，特别是每年毕业季的毕业生，更是会有很多东西可以回收。由此可知，学校的市场前景可观。而我们给学生提供了勤俭节约的平台，这样不仅可以提高学生的环保意识，还可以为他们赚点零花钱。……
