摘 要：水是一切生命的起源，是大自然生物界最重要的物质。水质量的高低对人类的生活质量有直接的影响。要保障水的质量则需要对水进行监测，确保人类使用的水能够达到标准要求。本文就生活中常见的生活饮用水和饮用天然矿泉水进行研究，对其微生物检测进行分析，确保水中的微生物含量对人体无伤害，比较这两类水中的微生物检测的不同，并分析生活饮用水和饮用天然矿泉水中微生物检测种类不同的原因。

Abstract：Water is the origin of all life and the most important material in the biological world of nature. The quality of water directly affects the quality of human life.To ensure the quality of water， it is necessary to monitor the water to ensure that the water used by human beings can meet the standard requirements. This paper studies the common drinking water and natural mineral water in life， analyzes the microbial detection， ensures that the microbial content of the water is not harmful to human body， compares the differences of microbial detection in these two types of water， and analyzes the reasons for the different types of microbial detection in drinking water and natural mineral water.

随着社会经济的快速发展，生态环境污染的问题难免有所忽略，相应的饮用水水质污染情况也比较严重，饮用水受到污染，会产生各种肉眼不可见的细菌，如果这些受污染的水被人类直接饮用，会使机体的健康受到不良的影响。因此，饮用水的水质问题是人类当前所要关注的话题。

1.水质监测的安全标准

首先，饮用水不能有异味，水出现异味极有可能是过滤不充分，其中的微生物含量超标，这会对人体造成极大的损害。其次是饮用水应该是透明的，如果出现杂质或泥沙沉积等状况，这说明水本身的生产流程不合格[1]。

生活饮用水和饮用天然矿泉水在生产过程中的流程是不同的，所以对水的要求也会不一致，但最终都是保证饮用水的水质安全。

2.生活饮用水和饮用天然矿泉水中微生物检验

不论是生活饮用水还是饮用天然矿泉水，检验中一个大的环节是微生物检验，水中微生物的种类非常多，每一种微生物的生存条件都不相同，不同的微生物的检验方法也不同。……
