[摘    要]文章就海上风电EPC建设模式中的风险防范工作进行讨论，在对EPC建设模式加以了解的同时，明确在海上风电建设应用该模式的相关风险，并对相应的风险防范措施进行深入的探讨和描述，希望能够有效提高海上风电工程的建设管理水平，进一步提高EPC建设模式的应用效果，为海上风电建设工作的顺利开展提供支持。

[Abstract]This article discusses the risk prevention work in the offshore wind power EPC construction model. While understanding the EPC construction model， it clarifies the relevant risks of the application of this model in offshore wind power construction， and conducts an in-depth discussion on the corresponding risk prevention measures. And description， I hope to effectively improve the construction management level of offshore wind power projects， further improve the application effect of the EPC construction model， and provide support for the smooth development of offshore wind power construction.

隨着可持续发展战略的深化，国家对于新能源产业的发展越来越重视，并为相关产业的发展提供了相应的政策支持以及资金支持，这也对相关产业的发展产生了巨大的推动作用，尤其是对海上风电行业而言，其在近些年当中得到了长足的发展。而在针对海上风电工程进行建设的过程中，为了更好地保证工程的建设质量及效率，往往会对EPC建设模式进行应用，但在该模式的实践应用中经常会遇到各种各样的风险问题，进而对海上风电工程的有效建设以及相关单位的健康发展造成不利影响。对此，还需要相关单位针对EPC建设模式下的风险防范措施加强分析与研究，使其能够在海上风电工程建设中发挥更大的作用。

1 海上风电建设中的EPC模式

1.1 相关概念

所谓的EPC模式，实际就是某个单位或者是多个单位联合承接工程建设任务的一种模式，相比于传统的工程发包模式，EPC模式的应用，有效避免了工程设计、采购及施工相互脱节的问题，使工程各环节能够更为紧密地衔接在一起。……
