[摘    要]电厂设备种类繁多、体积庞大、小型零部件的数量较多，在设备安装、检修管理等过程中，可能会出现丢件、少件等问题，进而影响设备的正常运行，文章介绍了电厂机械设备检修维护过程中存在的问题及其解决办法，以期通过定期对设备进行检修维护的方式，保证设备能够稳定运行，希望能够给读者带来启发。

[Abstract]Power plant equipment has a wide variety， huge volume and a large number of small parts. In the process of equipment installation and maintenance management， there may be problems such as missing parts and few parts， which will affect the normal operation of the equipment. This paper introduces the problems existing in the maintenance process of Mechanical equipment in power plant and their solutions， In order to ensure the stable operation of the equipment through regular overhaul and maintenance of the equipment， I hope to bring inspiration to the readers.

1 電厂机械设备检修维护过程存在的问题

对于电厂来说，确保机械设备能够正常工作，电力能稳定供应，是保证自身经济效益的关键点，但受机械设备、设备管理、检修人员、环境情况等因素的影响，机械设备在工作过程中可能会出现一些问题，降低检修维护工作效率的同时，影响机械设备作用的发挥。

1.1 机械设备方面的问题

当前机械设备方面主要可以分成两种：①在设备出厂前，厂家方面使用了质量不达标的零部件，导致设备在使用过程中，出现了工作性能差、使用寿命短等问题;②当前电厂对设备的精度要求比较高，但设备在长期使用过程中，因带病运行、疲劳运行等问题，而出现精度下降对电力供应产生不利影响的情况。

1.2 设备管理方面的问题

在当前的社会发展过程中，任何工作的顺利进行都离不开规章制度的保障，电厂机械设备检修维护工作同样不例外。然而，在当前的电厂设备检修维护管理过程中，受机械设备检修周期过长、制度不够完善、制度未能落实到位等问题的影响，电厂机械设备检修维护工作的有效性大大下降，进而对电力资源的稳定供应造成极为不利的影响。……
